Karlsruhe (Germany), 28.02.2011 - The SPD-ruled states of North Rhine-Westphalia, Rhineland-Palatinate, Berlin, Brandenburg and Bremen and member of the Bundestag for the SPD and Alliance 90/The Greens had today at the German Federal Constitutional Court (FCC) in Karlsruhe accompanying action against the Safety Act as adopted by the coalition lifetime extension of nuclear power plants. According to the red-green politicians, the law violates the constitutional right of the right to life and physical integrity.
