Karlsruhe (Germany), 28.02.2011 - The SPD-ruled states of North Rhine-Westphalia, Rhineland-Palatinate, Berlin, Brandenburg and Bremen and member of the Bundestag for the SPD and Alliance 90/The Greens had today at the German Federal Constitutional Court (FCC) in Karlsruhe accompanying action against the Safety Act as adopted by the coalition lifetime extension of nuclear power plants.
